Rajasthan Government has implemented a new digital system with the aim of making the free travel facility in roadways buses more transparent and secure for the candidates appearing in competitive examinations. Now it will be mandatory for the candidates to register online to avail the benefit of free bus travel. This process will be completely digital and OTP based.
New system implemented for Rajasthan Roadways free travel
Free travel facility in roadways buses is provided by the state government to the candidates appearing in various competitive examinations. To prevent misuse of this facility and to benefit only eligible candidates, online registration system has now been introduced.
Under the new system, candidates will have to register online before the examination. The registration process will automatically close 36 hours before the start of the exam. After this no new application will be accepted.
Fake beneficiaries will be banned
According to the Roadways Department, many such cases have come to light where some people, without any eligibility, took advantage of free travel in the name of competitive examination. Due to this, besides causing financial loss to the Roadways Corporation, the genuine candidates also had to face problems.
Now only genuine candidates will be able to avail this facility through roll number verification, admit card upload and OTP based verification.

To do Rajasthan Roadways Free Travel Registration, follow the steps given below:
✅ First of all go to the official website of Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation (RSRTC).
✅ Click on “Competitive Candidate Registration Portal” option given on the home page.
✅ Now fill the required information in the application form, such as:
- Name of the candidate
- gender
- mobile number
- aadhaar number
- roll number
- name of exam
- Exam date and time
- email id
✅ After this upload the admit card of the exam.
✅ Verify by entering the OTP received on your registered mobile number.
✅ Submit the application after filling all the information correctly.
✅ Download and print the receipt received after successful registration.
